American Lung Assoc. gives Ohio, W.Va. failing grades for tobacco prevention

The American Lung Association released its annual State Of Tobacco Control report, revealing a number of states are getting the failing grade when it comes to protecting citizens from tobacco-caused disease and death.

Both Ohio and West Virginia received failing grades for tobacco prevention and control program funding and cessation coverage.

Ohio received an A for smoke-free air and a D for cigarette tax. West Virginia received Fs for both.
