Amish Men In Court On Kidnap, Burglary Charges

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio —

Five members of a Jefferson County Amish community were in court Wednesday morning in Holmes County facing charges.

Just before noon, the suspects waived their right to a preliminary hearing and it was bound over to a grand jury.

All five previously posted bond after being charged with kidnapping and burglary.

The men could face additional charges before the Carroll County Grand Jury.
