WEIRTON, W.Va. —
The American Veterans Post 275 out of Steubenville received a donation of more than $2,000 because of a fundraiserby the National Gold & Silver Refinery.
Officers from the post accepted the donation on Friday at the Holiday Inn in Weirton.
Officials with the National Gold & Silver Refinery said the money could be used for anything and was not earmarked.
