Animal Abuse Causes House Arrest Sentence

A Bellaire woman is now under house arrest in connection with what the dog warden describes as a “cruel and innocent death” of a cat.

In court on Thursday, 83-year old Rosali Kindle plead guilty to a violation of probation.

She was on probation for housing dozens of cats in her home in deplorable conditions.

The judge ordered a week of house arrest, said she is to have no animals on her property and he added another two years of probation.
