Another town signs oil and gas lease in Harrison County

DEERSVILLE, Ohio Another Harrison County town has signed an oil and gas lease.
The village of Deersville will lease its mineral rights to Cheseapeake Energy for almost $4,000 per acre plus additional royalties. Village officials expect the deal to generate roughly $45,000 a year.
