Police said an argument over dog ownership led them to find two pit bulls living in the home in deplorable conditions.
A county humane officer removed the dogs. Police arrested Shane Maxwell Wilson on an animal cruelty charge.
Another man was arrested for drug paraphernalia and a woman was arrested for disorderly conduct.
