Arrest Made In Wheeling Apartment Fire

A Wheeling man was charged with first degree arson, according to a criminal complaint.

Officials said Brandon Cameron started a fire at 2508 Chapline St., Wheeling on Nov. 24, the day before Thanksgiving. Though there were two fires in the apartment building that day, the criminal complaint did not specify if Cameron was connected to both.

No one was injured in the fires, which left several families homeless.
