BLAINE, Ohio —
A house fire in Belmont County on Sunday remains under investigation.
The fire broke out on Handel Road in Blaine on Sunday afternoon.
Firefighters at the scene said they believe the fire started in the basement then spread. No one was at the home at the time and there were no reported injuries.
The Ohio State Fire Marshal’s Office is seeking the cause of the blaze.
