Body Discovered In Ohio River

Officials confirmed that a body has been found in the Ohio River near the New Cumberland Locks and Dam.

The body was discovered by workers at the dam just after 10 a.m. Friday.

Hancock County Sheriff Mike White said the body is that of a male and will be sent to the state medical examiner's office in West Virginia to determine identification and a cause of death.
