VOLUSIA COUNTY, Florida —
Kevin Cash's bond was reduced from $147,000 to $20,000 after a motion for bond reduction. Cash is charged with manslaughter and DUI after the crash that took Lt. William Goldbaugh's life in July. Cash also has a trial date set for Nov. 1.
