JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio —
Numerous emergency crews are at the scene of what they're calling a domestic incident that started in Toronto and ended in Mingo Junction.
Police from Mingo Junction, Toronto, Wells Township are there, as well as Jefferson County sheriff's deputies, an investigator from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation, and a Mingo Fire Department ambulance.
