Suspect accused in Hancock Co. bank robbery caught in NC

Police have apprehended one of the suspects accused of robbing a Hancock County bank last week.

Russell Culbreth was picked up in Fayetteville, N.C., on Tuesday in connection with the robbery at the Hancock County Savings Bank in New Cumberland.

Hancock County Sheriff Ralph Fletcher confirmed to NEWS9 that Culbreth was apprehended during the commission of another bank robbery in Fayetteville.

As Tuesday evening, the other suspect in the Hancock County bank robbery -- Neredia Jade Marie Ferrer -- remained at large.
