Breaking news into the News 9 Newsroom. A judge has approved Weirton Steel's bankruptcy reorganization plan just before 1:00 on Friday afternoon.
There are still some objections by creditors and the Independent Steelworkers Union, but the company does have approval to move forward with their plan.
