MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. —
Officials with the Marshall County Emergency Management Agency said both lanes of Fork Ridge Road reopened to traffic at around 10 a.m. Monday.
Both lanes were closed after an oversize vehicle that broke down.
Officials said school buses were re-routed during the incident.
