BROOKE COUNTY, W.Va. —
About 1,300 Allegheny Power customers in Brooke County will be dealing with a scheduled power outage on Tuesday.
The outage is set to start at 5:30 a.m. and go until 9:30 a.m. It will affect several areas around Wellsburg.
If any residents in the area need assistance for medical needs, they are asked to contact the Brooke County Emergency Management Agency before Tuesday.
Brooke County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday because of the outage.
If inclement weather forces power crews to delay the work, a rain date is set for Wednesday at the same times.
