HARRISON COUNTY--A Harrison County man is returning to Ohio today after waiving extradition in West Virginia Monday.
35-year-old Charles Brown,of Cadiz, was in a Brooke County Courtroom where he opted to return to Ohio and face a multitude of charges including a fourth-degree misdemeanor menacing, a third-degree of criminal mischief and a misdemeanor for fleeing and eluding.
These new charges are on top of gun related charges in connection with a prior incident.
He will stay in the Northern Regional Jail, where he has been housed since last week.
