BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio---
Two men were arrested on burglary charges after an exhaustive investigation by the Belmont County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said Steven Tracy and Chris Goldsmith were both placed under arrest.
Officials believe them to be the leaders in a burglary ring that targeted residents in the Piedmont area.
