JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio —
A Cadiz man is facing drug-related charges after he was arrested by Steubenville police on Tuesday.
Police said they recovered a hypodermic needle from Chad McKeever's pants pocket after a traffic stop at Belleview Boulevard and Ridge Avenue.
McKeever was booked into the Jefferson County jail on charges of possession of a hypodermic needle.
He was also issued a citation for driving under suspension.
Police said McKeever has a warrant out of Belmont County and he is being held without bond.
