STEUBENVILLE, Ohio —
A car and house were struck by bullets in Steubenville early Thursday.
The incident happened in the 1400 block of Orchard Avenue. Police said there were no witnesses.
Steubenville Police Chief Bill McCafferty said the car was struck twice and the house was struck about eight times.
The people inside the house were not injured.
