Drilling is under way at a fourth natural gas well in Marshall County.
Trans Energy Inc. has finished drilling the vertical portion in the Marcellus Shale.
A second, larger rig is scheduled to drill the horizontal portion.
The company is targeting Wetzel, Marion and Marshall counties, which are believed to be the heart of the most prolific natural gas resource in Appalachia.
