BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio —
Crews in Belmont County responded to a rollover crash in Bellaire on Thursday morning.
The crash happened on the 4100 block of Noble Street around 8 a.m.
Police said two children were in the car when the driver lost control and struck a tree stump, causing the vehicle to roll over.
There were no reported injuries and the driver was cited for failure to control.
The scene was clear as of 9:10 a.m.
