Beginning of day #1: 3/13/13
The judge and attorneys are going behind closed doors for evidentiary reasons. It's expected they could be back there more than an hour.
Both motions to dismiss the charges were withdrawn because the judge in West Virginia allowed the three witnesses to testify.
We believe the attorneys are just now going into judge's chambers to discuss the motions from the defense asking to dismiss the teen rape case.
