Drug Arrest In Small Local Town

Barnesville police told NEWS9 that late Saturday they busted a local man at a house in town and caught him with marijuana.

Officers said they arrested David Daugherty after getting tips from neighbors to check on his whereabouts.

Police said they found him at 115 E. Church St. and immediately smelled marijuana.

Officers are charging Daugherty with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
