The strong-arm robbery happened around 9 a.m. behind Advanced Lock & Safe in the 1000 block of Market Street. The victim lives in a nearby apartment and was going to CVS and the bank when she was attacked.

The 57-year-old victim was taken to a hospital to be examined. She is expected to be OK, officials said.

Few details were available about the assailant's description except he is white and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
