NEWELL, W.Va. —
As drilling continues throughout the Marcellus and Utica shale regions, Ergon Inc. will expand its refinery in Newell to handle the growth of regional crude oil production.
The company will invest more than $78 million to increase capacity at the plant.
Most of the projects will wrap up in 2013, with full completion set for 2014.
