Meyer, a deputy and school resource officer for Wheeling Park High School, died over the weekend in an ATV crash.
Meyer was off-duty when the ATV crashed near his home in Triadelphia.
Visiting hours will continue Wednesday evening at Kepner Funeral Home from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Funeral services are scheduled to start at noon Thursday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church on Kruger Street.
