OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. —
A fatal crash that happened early Sunday in Ohio County remains under investigations.
Stephanie Stahl, 39, was killed in the crash. Nicole Gray, 35, remained in critical condition as of Tuesday morning.
The sheriff said 28-year-old John Lance Hatfield is accused of causing the crash. Hatfield was arrested for driving under the influence and is charged with DUI causing death.
Officials said Hatfield blew a 0.23 when he was given a Breathalyzer test after the crash, which is nearly three times the legal limit.
The crash happened on McCutcheon Road, near The Highlands.
