BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio —
The crash happened just after 9 p.m. near the Interstate 70/Interstate 470 split.
State police said the truck rolled over into the grass median between the lanes of traffic and only a small portion of the roadway was blocked for emergency vehicles responding to the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
