Flooding reported in Martins Ferry

MARTINS FERRY, Ohio --
Flooding has been reported in part of Belmont County, officials said Wednesday afternoon.
The flooding is in the area of Cemetery Road in Martins Ferry and is affecting houses on North 7th Street.
Cleanup crews were at the scene as of 3:55 p.m.
