HARRISON COUNTY, Ohio --
A former treasurer of the EMS Department in Cadiz is accused of stealing money from the department.
Chad Tyler is charged with fifth-degree felony theft. Tyler appeared in court Wednesday afternoon.
Tyler served as treasurer of the department for about a year before resigning from his position.
