Moundsville, WV —

Police in Moundsville are investigating two separate incidents that they believe are related.

The first happened while many officers were busy escorting a Vietnam Memorial wall through town.

During the escort one officer was busy with a massive drug bust that started with a simple traffic stop.

It happened near the intersection of Baker and 1st Street around 3.m. Wednesday.

The officer noticed something wasn't right and after a search and found that the passenger had a large amount of oxycodone pills, heroin, marijuana and $4,000 cash.

The passenger, 28-year-old Timothy Henry of Moundsville, was charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver.

And the driver, 43-year-old Jennifer Rickman, also of Moundsville, was charged with the possession of a controlled substance. But, the evening didn't end there.

Police say a woman brutally beat another woman and left her with numerous facial injuries several hours later.

That happened in the 700 block of Myrtle Avenue, just outside of Henry's Used Cars.

When police arrived they had trouble sorting out the story after they later found that both women were lying about their names, turns out they were sisters and one was a fugitive wanted out of Franklin County, Ohio.

That woman is Alicia Faulkner. She was wanted for among other things four counts of drug trafficking.
The Moundsville Police Department added three more felonies on Wednesday night. One for obstruction of justice, one for malicious wounding, and another for strong armed robbery.

Police believe the incidents are related, but right now they aren't saying how.
