WHEELING, W.Va. —
A grand jury will review the sexual assault case against a former Wheeling police officer next month.
Matthew Kotson waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday.
He was arrested Dec. 1 after two women accused him of sexually assaulting them.
The city of Wheeling fired Kotson after his arrest.
