Jury selection is under way in Marshall County for a man accused of shooting a postmaster in July 2008.

Todd Dolin is accused of shooting and killing Lua Wolverton at the Dallas post office and then fleeing.

Authorities later caught up with him in Zanesville, Ohio, while responding to a medical call for Dolin, only to discover there was a warrant out for his arrest.

County Prosecutor Jeff Cramer said officials will try to seat a jury in Marshall County, but if they aren't able to gather enough people, the trial location may be changed.

Defense attorneys had previously mentioned in court a possible request for a change in venue pending the outcome of juror questionnaires. They also mentioned media publicity as a concern.
