Jury Selection Under Way For Man Accused Of Killing Local Postmaster

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. —

Jury selection got under way this morning in Monongahlia County, W.Va., in preparation for the trail of Todd Dolin.

Dolin is accused of shooting and killing Lua Zervos-Wolverton, the Dallas, W.Va., postmaster back in 2008.

She was shot twice with a shotgun while working at the post office.

Previously, a court could not seat a jury in Marshall or Tyler counties.

Circuit Court Judge Mark Karl is presiding over the case.
