STEUBENVILLE, Ohio —
Drivers on part of Sinclair Avenue in Steubenville should expect delays until Friday.
Traffic on Sinclair Avenue between John Scott Highway and Lovers Lane will be reduced to one lane Wednesday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
During those times, crews will be installing a sanitary sewer connection for a new medical building along Sinclair Avenue.
Drivers should try to avoid the area if possible.
