OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. —
Lighting work that was postponed in September along Interstate 470 in Ohio County will be delayed again until the spring.
The Division of Highways stopped the project after receiving numerous complaints about roadwork on I-70.
DOH officials said now that the temperatures are getting lower, they can’t perform the work until the spring.
They said the process to secure the lighting fixture in certain areas is weather sensitive.
