WHEELING, W.Va. —
Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church hosted two free classes Sunday, led by cardiologist Doctor Robert Fanning. Fanning said spreading this knowledge hit close to home for him because his brother died at an early age of cardiac arrest.
All of the classes were sponsored and funded in his brother's memory through the Christopher Fanning Foundation.
