BELMONT COUNTY, OH
Residents in Belmont County woke up without power Tuesday morning.
Officials with American Electric Power say the outage is due to a transmission problem.
Currently there are around 100 customers without power. That number is down from a reported 5,000 this morning.
AEP says it expects full restoration around 10:30 a.m.
