MARTINS FERRY, Ohio —
At least two people were injured following a two-car crash in Martins Ferry Sunday afternoon.
It happened just before 3 p.m. at the intersection of state Route 7 and Hanover Street. Martins Ferry police said a 2013 Ford Escape and Chevy Impala collided on the southbound side of Route 7.
Officers directed traffic while ambulances took the injured to the hospital and tow trucks cleared the scene. No word on the extent of their injuries.
This makes two accidents at that intersection in one week.
