East Liverpool, Ohio —
East Liverpool police say they have arrested one man in connection to two house fires in the city.
The fires happened at two homes Wednesday night that sit next to one another on Anderson Blvd. Police arrested Joseph Davis, Jr. in connection to those arsons. Police say he is facing felony arson charges.
