ZANESVILLE, Ohio—

The Zanesville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a commercial vehicle roll-over crash on Interstate 70 near milepost 166 in Muskingum County.

Around 5:57 p.m. a tractor-trailer hauling paper products was traveling eastbound on I-70 when it went off the left side of the road, into in the median and overturned across the westbound lanes. No other vehicles were involved.

The driver, John W. Halcomb, 48, of Indiana was not hurt in the crash. He was cited for failure to control.

Traffic on I-70 was completely blocked as a result of the crash and traffic was later detoured while the tractor-trailer was unloaded and removed from the scene.
