CADIZ, Ohio--
Cadiz Police arrested one man Sunday afternoon after a routine traffic stop on Jamison Avenue.
Officers told NEWS9 that Charles Hython had marijuana, a scale and 3 percocet pills in his car. After being arrested, Hython turned over about 50 other pain pills.
They said that Hython admitted he planned to sell the drugs.
Officers said they will charge Hython with one count of possession with the intent to deliver.
Hython was also driving with a suspended license. He is behind bars in the Harrison County Jail.
