STEUBENVILLE, Ohio —
Kris Ingram allegedly assaulted a worker at the downtown Speedway gas station on Third Street, police said.
Police said Ingram grabbed the clerk's wrist and hit her in the face. Witnesses said Ingram fled the scene but police caught up with him on Seventh Street.
Ingram was arraigned Monday.
