JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio —
Phillip Robinson, 38, is charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition.
Jefferson County Sheriff Fred Abdalla said the charges stem from alleged incidents that happened at a home on St. Clair Avenue just outside of Steubenville.
Abdalla said the most recent assaults happened as early as this week.
