WHEELING, W.Va---
Wheeling police arrested a man and charged him with DUI Thursday morning.
Police said the man was driving and sheared off a utility pole in the 600 block of Warwood Avenue, near the Kroger shopping plaza.
He then went on to hit a parked car in the parking lot, according to police.
Officers arrested 27-year-old Jakob Barnes.
He remains in the Northern Regional Jail where a bond has not yet been set.
