The Internet sex sting was an operation that involved three different law enforcement agencies, the Belmont County Sheriff's Department and a U.S. marshall.
David Tirado, 24, was arrested at Kings Island Resort on Friday.
Bethesda police police arrested him while he was on the job, after they said Tirado sent sexual messages and nine pornographic videos to a decoy.
During an investigation by Bethesda police, officers said that Tirado may have been engaging in sexual conversations with other decoys across the state of Ohio.
After searching Tirado's home, authorities found a laptop computer, a webcam and a video camera, which are now being shipped to a crime lab.
Bethesda police said this Internet sex sting is part of a program to keep young people safe when they are surfing the web.
Tirado is in a Warren County jail charged with sending out harmful matter to juveniles.
