Man Arrested On Felonious Assault Charge

Police in Steubenville headed out to a nuisance call early Saturday morning, and after finding weapons laying in a neighborhood, officers made an arrest.

Police got the call around 3:30 a.m. from someone complaining of a disturbance on Euclid Avenue in Steubenville.

After arriving on scene, police said a group of people dispersed and ran off near 1514 Euclid Ave.

Officers found a pistol laying on the ground and another pistol on a porch.

Police then spotted Todd Jackson sitting under a porch.

They said Jackson had blood on his face, and they'd received information that Jackson was involved in a felonious assault.

Officers arrested Jackson on a felonious assault charge.
