WHEELING, W.Va. —
A man is behind bars Saturday for stabbing another man outside a Wheeling business.
It happened outside a bar on the 300 block of Kruger Street after midnight Friday.
Police said two men got into a fight.
One man took out a knife and stabbed the other, police said, sending the victim to the hospital for his injuries.
Police arrested Frederick Higgins, 41, of Wheeling for malicious wounding.
His bond was set by a magistrate at $1 million, cash only.
