A man is in jail after authorities said he led police on a chase that crossed state lines.
John William Hoover is accused of leading police on a chase that started around 3 a.m. Thursday and spanned Ohio and Belmont counties.
Police said Hoover’s blood alcohol content was 0.198.
Three other passengers in the car are not currently facing charges.
