James McKahan Jr., 28, could be charged with abduction of a person, a felony, in Hancock County.
New Cumberland police said McKahan kidnapped a Hancock County woman in September and took her against her will to Columbiana County.
Investigators said the two were arguing near the Smith Oil Gas Station when McKahan allegedly forced the woman into his car, took her to his Columbiana County trailer, tied her up and raped her.
